Recruitment: A combination of standard practices evolved
internally as well as specific client requirements derive Datamart's
recruitment.
Stage 1:
Datamart conducts written tests to verify associates competence
in quantitative aptitude, English and written communication.
Stage 2: Associates meeting the threshold levels in stage-1
are gauged on their typing competency.
Stage 3: In
the final stage, Associates are interviewed by operations and
H.R. teams and are selected based on their exhibition of customer
empathy, excitement and competence.
Training
Induction level training
is provided to orient and make new recruits ready for the job.
The induction program
is followed with client and process specific training to familiarize
the new recruits with client - specific operations.
