Therefore all our operations are built on a vigours framework that
helps us to clerely define the objectives for each of the client
specific services that we deliver.
"Datamart" uses the following core processes to
effectively achieve this
Client Engagement
This process ensures that we understand the client requirements
in its entirety. Following
this, an appropriate solution is developed for the client requirement.
It is vitally important that during the early stages of the relationship,
that the following areas are fully scooped out:
- IT / Telecom Infrastructure
- Recruitment / Training Requirements
- Understanding of the exact
specification of the process to be delivered.
- Thorough appreciation of all the commercial implications of doing
business together.
Solution Design
and Transition
This stage starts with the development of a detailed project brief
during the solution design workshop.
A project board is set-up to review the project and a project
plan sets the timelines and action point expectations of both
the Client and Datamart.
The detailed recruitment and training, technology and communication
plans are all finalized in accordance with the project plan.
This is followed by a detailed process, mapping exercise,
the conducting of a thorough risk analysis using FMEA (Failure
Mode Effect Analysis), and the building of a robust change management
process.
Service Delivery
At the stage, we focus on the execution of the project and the need
to delivering accordance with the pre-defined SLAS.
Datamart has adopted a sentiments improvement model for productivity
and growth and uses six sigma methodology in order to ensure that
all clients needs are fully met.
This includes undertaking DMAIC (Define Targets, Measure
Current performance and identify gaps, Analyze root causes, develop
improvement plans and keep delivery model control) Projects and
having vibrant floor management practices.
The key to the success of any project is ensuring that the associates
are highly motivated to perform, and that they are all fully committed
to the success of every client project.
